OUR STORY
Blue Property Developments was founded in 2018 by two brothers, Reilly and Perry, who have a combined experience of 34 years in property improvements. The team has since grown to a small team of friendly professionals. At Blue Property Developments we pride ourself on being friendly and helpful, as well as providing an outstanding high quality level of work.
We specialise in all aspects of carpentry and joinery as well as: extensions, new builds, roofing, bespoke furniture, kitchens, flooring, summer houses and conversions.
REILLY
Reilly, Perry's younger brother, has worked along side him for 8 years. Reilly brings an unwavering drive for precision in his work and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This, combined with
his craftmanship skills and experience, allow Reilly to go above and beyond to achieve project excellence.
PERRY
Perry brings with him 18 years of experience, with a vast knowledge of all aspects of the trade. Perry is known for maintaining an incredible level of detail throughout the build process through planning and problem solving, constant communication, as well as being on hands-on on site applying his years of experience. He also has a brilliant imagination and consistently comes up with clever and innovative ideas, with excellent practical skills to bring dreams to reality.
